Graff Gardens Plant Warranty

Warranty is void if plants are discounted 20% or more.

Self-Planted: 1 year, 1 time 50% / 50% (Graff Gardens covers 50% & customer covers 50%)

Installed by Graff Gardens: 1 year, 1 time 100% Full Coverage

Plants not warrantied are: Annuals, tropicals, mums & any other plants designated not winter hardy at the time of purchase, also plants not planted in the ground (those planted in containers).

Guarantee is void if:

Plants die due to gross negligence or man made damage. Ex: Failure to water regularly (more often during warmer temperatures), excessive watering, or physical damage from mowers, weed eaters, etc.

Plants are damaged or killed due to acts of nature such as lightning, tornadoes, drought, abnormal frost, ice storms, floods, snow, etc. Or killed due to wildlife or animal damage.

Guarantee is not transferable and does not cover further care or maintenance of the plant. Customer must have original receipt/invoice and deceased plant for replacement or credit. No cash refunds will be given on plants that fail. A store credit will be issued when a replacement is not possible or desired.
